After yesterdays post did you make any changes?
Or did you tell yourself you would but then we're already a few hours into today and you haven't yet done anything differently?
Again - it's really OK changing is hard.
But if you want to walk out of the funk you're in right now, unfortunately, you deciding to change is the only reason anything will get better.
There is no magic pill.
No doctor, therapist or magician can do it for you.
We all have free will and while that's great - it can sometimes kick us in the teeth when we need to do something different - especially if the 'something else' leads us into the unknown.
Changing is key in aligning with who you really are and with what you really want to do in life.
I mean what's the point in slogging away every day if you hate what it's doing to you?
Now, I'm not saying you need to up sticks and become an entrepreneur or run way and join a circus.
You chose your job, you chose your partner, and you chose what you're doing with your life.
If you're not happy choose to change something.
That's a really sad thought, isn't it?
Everyone else is worth more than you because they can be happy, but you shouldn't.
Personally, I don't think that's the case at all.
Everyone deserves to be happy and that includes you.
So, I ask you again, what do you want?
Are you worthy of being happy?
Are you ready to go full bore and grab what you want with both hands or is tomorrow going to roll on and nothing has changed?
There's no shame in not being able to do everything yourself.
There's no shame in asking someone else to help you.
To guide you.
To support you.
We all need someone else now and then.
The EMERGE Method is the exact guidance system you need to get yourself to where you want to be emotionally.
It can't help you get your promotion - but it can give you the confidence to go and ask for it.
It can't help you win the lottery - but it can help you make changes in your life to get more money.
It can't magically make you happy every morning - but it can show you where things have gone awry in your life and give you the tools to make the changes you need to be happy.
Are you ready to go after what you want?
Are you worthy enough?
Good luck with whatever you decide to do & I'll catch you soon - Katie
