Whoo - it's day 1 of this years mental health awareness week.
Now, for the past few years the mental health foundation has been looking at both the causes of mental ill health and trying to raise awareness of different types of mental illness.
But, this year they've decided to do something different.
This year - they're focusing on why so many people with mental health difficulties are failing to thrive.
Particularly, as support, treatment and awareness has honestly never been as good as it is right now.
There are more mental health professionals than ever before, more businesses involved in up-skilling their workforce and so many people accessing necessary treatment.
But, something just isn't working.
Now, as you'll have gathered by now - I'm not one to sit around and ponder.
I'm more of an action taker & so for this years mental health awareness week I've decided to do something to help tackle it head on.
I have been busily creating a 'mental health challenge'.
A 5 day challenge designed to get you thinking about your mental health and kick-start your journey back to full health.
Whether you're just a little stressed out with work, home or life in general.
Or you're struggling with a diagnosed mental health disorder, this challenge will help move you forward.
The challenge follows the format of the first 5 weeks of therapy (with us) - and includes some of the most transformational techniques (according to my clients).
