So you already know that I'm passionate about empowering and educating people to not only look after themselves, but also supporting people around them with all aspects of mental health.
People often wonder why that sees me sticking my nose in where it's not wanted - mainly in businesses who are happy being stuck where they are, or chasing the next sale rather than nurturing their employees so they can in turn nurture their current customers to keep spending ...
But hey - there's always a choice.
Anyhow back to today's little post :)
So Lego - they're a very well known company which started back in 1949 in Denmark.
Over the past few years they have had a few slow years and then very cleverly reinvented themselves as epic film and video game makers (who saw that coming?) and now are once again extremely successful. So much so that in 2015 Lego replaced Ferrari as the "worlds most powerful brand" according to Brand Finance (an independent organisation which values bran worth).
A child's toy.
The world's most powerful brand...
But what are they doing with their new found wealth and brand recognition?
Building a new HQ of course!
Now more than just bricks and mortar this HQ really is all about building employee engagement -
If you are wondering how to ramp up your employee engagement levels but don't have a spare few million to spend on a new HQ (or an epic brand name which is likely to generate the cash in the next few weeks, months or years...) grab our free employee engagement checklist & start somewhere simple!
