May is national walking month & there's so much going on to help get you in the mood & when I say that - I really mean it!
Walking is one of the best things you can do to combat a depressive mood & the best thing - its FREE!
When we go for a walk a whole host of goodness happens;
There's so much more walking can do for you - but rather than drone on about it - why not get out and experience it for yourself!
After all it is a bank holiday!
