Ok so I have got hold of 2 'books' on Mindfulness, both were relatively cheap and available in multiple formats. I have chosen 1 audiobook, and 1 digital book.
Audio: "Mindfulness: The-eight week meditation programme for a frantic world" By Prof. Mark Williams, and Dr Danny Penman.
Digital: "The science of happiness" by David J. Leiberman
I have chosen the digital formats as these fit into my daily routine, and this will ensure that I stick to the plan! The audiobook will replace my current dog walking story (sorry Brandon Sanderson ), and the digital book will be available for all of those uniquely British queues we all face on a daily basis! Let me know if you have read/listened to either of these, and whether they worked. Have a great day, Katie.
