OK so yesterday I started out on my mindfulness journey. It was OK. I consiously ate a raisin for the first time and I have to say I don't think I noticed quite how much flavour they had before. The audiobook is being read at a nice comfortable pace and the book is written in plain English with no jargon which is fantastic. I will be trying out my first meditation later on this evening - wish me luck! Katie.
