Ok so yesterday I attempted my first lot of meditation. It went ok... I have to say it was strange. I'm not sure it is something I would have been able to do in public - I am one of those who would have broken down into fits of giggles. I did feel relaxed afterwards so in that respect it works - but this is only the first week so stick with me and see where I end up! Katie.
