Ok so I have for the past couple of weeks been following the instructions of my books and the audio tapes. I have to say its quite strange - although I knew the science behind it the idea that you can simply change your outlook through meditation, I was still sceptical. I am however starting to come around simply because it is happening. The hardest part of this min-experiment is committing to the meditations and missing them meaning starting again so that I can get the full effects. So my advice to you all at the moment is - really make sure you actually have the time, and are regimental about doing it.
