Officially I am one week in however, including last week I think would not do the 8 week course justice. I remembered to carry out the meditation intermittently and so I presume it will be extremely ineffective. I do now have a 'routine' of meditation and this should help me to commit and carry out the 2 required sessions a day. I will be carrying out 1 at lunch time (as a mini-break during the day), and the second during dinner time (whilst my dinner is cooking).
