After a great response to our #motivationstory post last week, our tipster Amy has decided to dedicate the whole week to #motivation. For many of us this subject is a tricky one. We all want to do those things that we dream about, many of us make lists and then make even more lists without actually tackling them! Depending on how you’re feeling #motivating yourself to move forward can be an increasingly difficult task. Certain #mental #health difficulties actually stop us from being motivated; e.g., depression, or anxiety. That doesn’t mean it isn’t possible, it will just take a lot more effort – it will be worth it in the end. You can catch up with our tips across Facebook, or Twitter and if you’re signed up to the #WPSTips section of the e-newsletter sign up you will receive a full download of the week’s tips on Saturday.
She is going to cover:
1. ways to make yourself feel better,
2. how to analyse your life,
3. goal setting,
4. eating the frog (not literally)
5. how to actually go from thinking to doing those things we spend days writing lists about
6. staying motivated
7. taking failure on the chin
8. how to stretch yourself to reach for the stars
Good luck and let us know whether we helped #motivate you! Tell us about your #motivationstory
