Most business sit with their finances in front of them and if they're not as great as expected, or needed the automatic conclusion is poor sales, and in order to rectify this - find more customers. But what if I told you that's not necessarily the quickest, or easiest way to increase revenue? Building relationships with your current employees, and customers is the fastest and most reliable way to increase sales.
If you have a poor relationship with your employees, and they are unsatisfied or fed up with their role then all that happens is they burn through your potential clients at an alarming rate, and with minimal successes. Employees who are happy, healthy, and enjoying their job will have a far higher success rate when not only reaching out to potential new customers, but also when talking to your current customers. It is far easier to get your current satisfied customers to purchase new products, than it is to get new customers to take a chance on your services. So - look after your team, let them look after your customers and watch the bank balance increase!
